Every patient walks through our doors with a unique health story, and your care should reflect that. Dr. Blessing takes time to understand your specific concerns, health goals, and lifestyle, then creates a treatment plan that’s based on medical data and your life.
You'll have 30 to 60 minutes to discuss everything that's concerning you, plus the flexibility to schedule appointments when you need them—whether that's same-day sick care or follow-ups that fit your schedule.
Through this partnership, you’re building a foundation for long-term wellness and vitality at every stage of your life. Our focus is on longevity medicine.
Comprehensive 45 to 60 minute visits with age-appropriate blood work, preventative screenings, and personalized health planning to keep you at your best.

Schedule an introductory appointment to meet Dr. Blessing and discuss your health goals. This isn’t a treatment appointment, but a chance to get to know each other and see if our concierge medicine practice is the right fit for you and your family.
Step Three

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare. Your insurance will be billed for each office visit, and we'll order labs and imaging through facilities that accept your insurance, such as Quest and Labcorp.
The membership fee is separate and covers your after-hours access, guaranteed same-day appointments, and extended visit times. Please refer to our Insurance + Pricing Page for more details.
No, we don't require expensive, comprehensive testing packages to become a member. Dr. Blessing takes a personalized approach. She'll listen to your concerns, review your health history, and order only the tests that make sense for your situation and symptoms.
As a healthy 35-year-old, you may just need a few basic preventative screenings. If you have complex health concerns, those may require more detailed investigation. Either way, you’ll receive medical care that’s tailored to you.
Most services are covered by your insurance, just as they would be at any primary care practice, including office visits, routine lab work, and standard preventative screenings. However, some advanced functional medicine testing may not be covered by insurance.
Dr. Blessing will always discuss any potential out-of-pocket costs with you before ordering tests. Please refer to our Insurance + Pricing Page for more details.
We guarantee same-day or next-day appointments for acute care needs. As with any medical emergency, and for your safety, we may direct you to one of the leading hospitals in the area, such as Memorial Hermann or Houston Methodist Hospital, where Dr. Blessing is credentialed. Emergencies often require immediate lab work or imaging that can only be provided in a hospital or ER setting.
Our practice is designed to serve most patients seeking comprehensive primary care and those with pre-existing conditions. However, we're unable to accommodate patients needing chronic opioid pain management with the practice, as this level of pain is best overseen by a pain management specialist.
