How It Works
Your Insurance Coverage
Your insurance works exactly the same way it does at any traditional primary care practice.
We bill your insurance company directly for office visits, lab work, diagnostic tests, and medical procedures. You'll pay your usual copays, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts as outlined in your insurance plan.
The membership fee is separate from insurance and covers the concierge medicine services, like extended appointment times and direct access to Dr. Blessing.
We recommend verifying your specific plan coverage before your first visit. Our team will work with your insurance company to ensure you receive maximum benefits for covered services.

Membership Pricing
Your monthly membership fee covers all concierge medicine services, including extended 30- to 60-minute appointments, same-day sick visits, direct phone and text access to Dr. Blessing, and personalized care coordination.
Payment Options:
Membership fees can be paid monthly or annually. Annual payments include additional cost savings compared to monthly billing.
Membership Rates:
- Children & Young Adults (0-26): $1,200
- Adults (27-64): $2,200
- Seniors (65+): $2,700
Family Discounts: Healthcare is often a family decision, so we provide significant savings when multiple family members join:
- 15% off for all members when 3+ family members join (this discount is not in addition to the above yearly rate discount)
Community Appreciation Pricing: We're grateful for those who dedicate their lives to serving others and offer 10% off membership fees for active teachers and active first responders.

Can I use my HSA or FSA for concierge medicine?
No, you can’t use HSA or FSA funds to pay the membership fee. However, you can use these accounts for services not typically covered by insurance, such as advanced functional medicine testing, genetic screenings, food sensitivity panels, and IV therapies.
