Our membership is a partnership. You’ll build a trusted, ongoing relationship with your physician who knows you and your health story.
Step One
Contact us through our website or by phone to get in touch and learn more about membership.
After that, a member of our team will call you to discuss membership details, answer your questions, and schedule your meet-and-greet appointment with Dr. Blessing.
Step Two
If you are a new patient, we can schedule an introductory meeting (either in-person or via telemedicine) to meet Dr. Blessing, learn about our approach, and review the membership agreement. This isn’t a treatment meeting, but a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure we're the right fit for your needs.
Step Three
Once you become a member, we'll schedule your 60-minute consultation to address annual physical screenings and health concerns. You’ll also be able to schedule appointments through our website using a secure software called MyChart. You’ll be able to reach Dr. Blessing via phone/text with questions or concerns.
If you are wanting to meet Dr. Blessing prior to scheduling an initial appointment or starting a membership, you can schedule a meet and greet with her. This relaxed, no-obligation appointment gives you the opportunity to see if our practice aligns with your healthcare needs and goals.
This meeting helps both you and Dr. Blessing determine if we're the right healthcare partnership for your family's needs.
Once you're a member, you'll pay a simple monthly membership fee that covers your extended appointments, direct access to Dr. Blessing, and same-day sick visits. Your insurance is still billed for office visits, lab work, and medical services just like any other primary care practice.
You'll also have access to our secure software, MyChart, to view your health information, test results, and schedule future appointments online.
